How much do you charge?

• We price our window cleaning work on a number of factors. These include how long the work will take, if there are any windows that are awkward or hard to clean, how easy it is to get around your house, how many windows, and how much water it will use to clean your windows. 

Do you clean in the rain?

• Where it is safe to do so we clean in all weathers. You will get the same result when we clean if it is raining as you will at any other time. Of course we guarantee every clean, so if you are not satisfied, just give us a call and we’ll come right back.

Do you clean in winter?

• Yes we clean all year round (although we do take a couple of weeks off around Christmas).

How often do you come to clean?

• We generally clean on a 4 or 8 weekly basis. 

How can I pay you?

• We accept cash, cheques and BACS payments. If you are not in when we come to clean we will leave a ticket which will include details on how payment can be made.

What if I am unhappy with something?

•  If you are ever unhappy with a clean please get in touch and we will come back and re clean your windows for no charge.
